public.hearing-June 2, 19599 subject petitiony which was subsequently recommended for
disappxoval to.the City.Councily and
1YI-IEREAS9 the City Council of the Cit~ of Anaheim did consider a~ a public on :
June 30, 1954 Petitipn fox Reclassification Noo 58-59-87, and r".
WHEREAS, the City Councii did approve on June 30, 1959, by Resolution of intent
Noo 532Q9 Petition for Reclassifica+ion Noo 58-59-87, and
YJHERFAS9 the City Council did amend in Resolution Noo 5820 dated February 15,
1960, and Reaolution.Noo 5845 dated.-February 23, 1960 their previous action9 and
WY.ERFAS, property considered in Petit3on for Reclassification Noo 58-59-87 was
superseded b~C Petit~on for Reclass.ification Noa 59-60-82, and
WHER~AS9 Reclassification Noo 59-60-82 was approved and the praperty rezoned in
Ordinance Noo 1458, dated March 29, 1960a
NOW; THEREFORE9 BE..IT RESOLVID.that the City Planning Comm9,ssion of th? City of
Anaheim does her.eby.recommend to the City Council of the C;.ty of Anaheim that Reclassification
Noo 58-59-87 be terminaLerl on the basis of the foregoiny findings,
