WHEREAS, +.he Planning Cormnission of the City of Anaheim on July 5, 1960, denied ~
Variance Noo 1259, and ~ .
WHERFAS, the City Council of the City.of Anaheim on August 16, 1960,did grant '~
sai,d Variance bX.Resolution Noo 6224, and
WHFRFAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim did pass a Resolution of Intent
Noo 63R-13, of which property covered i.n Yariance Noo 1259 is a part for reclassification
to the ~-1, Neighborhood Commes.cial, Zone9 and
.
WHEREAS, conditions as stipulated in Resolution Noo 6224 were not met in accordance '
with the terms for compliance of a Variance .as prescribed in the Anaheim Municipal Code, and
WHERrAS, said proper.ty has not been developed in accordance with Variance No. 1259.
NOYd9 7HEREFUREy' BE IT RESpiVID that the City Plann£ng ~ommission of the City of -
Anaheim recommends to the City Courrcil that Variance Noo 1259 be terminat'ed on the basis of
the afoxementioned.fiadiagso. '
