N5. 63R-869, shawing the general description and extent ~f land uses nr.it!zin .*.he City and indicating the presenfi belief of the Council as to nossi5~~. futuxe development and redevelopment of land within the city; and w:~tt&1S, tne City Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim did rece•i•~e a verified Yetition for Variance No. 1626, which petition has implications on policies as expressed on said General Plaa; and WHffitHAS, in conjunction with the notice of the hearing on said variance, notice was also given regarding the consideration of an amendment to the General plan in the general iocation and vicinity of subject property of said variance; and WHHRBAS, The City Planning Commission did hold a public hearing at the City Hall in the City of Anaheim on March 16, 1964, at 2:00 P.M., notice of ss:d public hearing having been d~ly given as reouired by law and in accordance with the grovisions of the Anaheim Muaicipal Code, tu hear and consider evidence for and against said amendment to the General Plan and said proposed Petition for Variance to investigate and make findings and recommendations in connection there- with; and WHHRBAS, said Commission after due inspection, investigation, and study made by itself and in its behalf and after due consideration of all evidence and reports offered at said hearing, DOES HffitBB7 PIND 1. That evidence was presented a•t said hearing which jnstifies the City Planning Commission's recommending to the City Council a change.in the present general description and extert o: land uses in the aforementioned area. 2.
