Petition for Conditional Use Permit, upon the following conditions which ace heceby found to be e necessary prerequisite
to the pcoposed ase of the subJect p~operty in o~der to pceserve the safety and generel welfere of the Citir.ens of the
City of Anehelm:
lo.That the owners of subject property sha11 deed to the City of Anaheim a strip of
land 53 f.eet in.w3dthy from the center lfne of the street9 along Magnolia Avenue9 for street
widening.purposes; said dedication shall be complied with within a period of 180 days from
date.hereof„ or such further time as the Gommission.may granto
2~ That txash storage areas shail be provided 3n accordance with approved9 plans on
file.in the off3ce of the Director of Public Works9 prior ~o final bui'lding inspectiono
. 3o That the owners of subject property shall pay to ihe City of Anaheim the sum of 15~
per front foot a'long.Magnolia A•venueo for tree planting purposesy said amount to be paid
at t~he time the bu3ldinq permlt 3s issued or within a period of 180 days From date hereof9
whichever occurs firsto
4~ That subject proper±y shall be developed substantially in accordance with plans and
speaif3cations on file with the Clty of Anaheim, marked Exhibit Noso i and 2~
5o That the propoaed quonset huts sharl be removed within a period of i;wo yearso
6o That the petitioner shall obtain approva'1 from the Orange County Flood Control
District to permit the construct£on oi' a walking~oridge ~cross the f'lood control chamel9
said approval shall be obtained within a period of 60 days or such further time ea the
