A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
RECOMMENDING TO THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM THAT
PF.TITION FOR RECLASSIFICATION NO. 63-64-81 gE DENIED
WHEREAS, the City Plnnnin Commission of the City oE Aneheim did :eceive e ve:ified Petition for Recla'ssiEica-
tioa f~om ~~N HANEY AhID WIL~IAM FERDI, 2630 Coronado Drive, Fullerton9 California, Owneis of
certain reai p.roperty situated in the City of Maheim, County of Orange, State of California,
described as Lot Noo 6 of Tract Noo 1429 and further described as 102 Larch
; and
WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission did hold a public hearing et the City Hell in the City of Aneheim on
March 169 1964, at 2:00 o'clock P.M., notice of said public hearing haviug been duly given as required
by lew and in accordance with the provisions of the Meheim Municipal Co:e, Chapter 18.72,to hear and consider evi-
dence foc end egainst said proposed reclassification and to investigate aa~ make findings and recommendations in
cannection therewith: and

WHEREAS, said Commission, after due inspection, investigetion, end study mede by itself and in its behelf,
end efter due consideration of all evidence and reports offe~ed at seid hearing, does find end determine the following
facts:
1. Thet the petitioner proposes e reclassification of the above desccibed property fcom the R-1~ One Family
Residential, Zone to the C-1, Neighborhood Commercial, Zone to permit the establishment of
an escrow compan~~
2o That the. proposed reclassification is not in conformance with the General Plan.
3. That the Commission has initiated reclassification proceedings in Petition for
Reclassification No. 63-64-96 proposing C-U9 Commercial Office, Zone for sub3ect property
and single family residences to the west of Larch Street fronting on Lincoln Avenue, and one
residence northerly of sub3ect property frontinq on Larch Street.
4. That the Commission has recommended approval to the City Council of Petition for
Reclassification No~ 63-6M96.
5o That a letter was received in opposition to sub~ect petition.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Aneheim City Plenning Commission does hereby recommend
to the City Council of the City of Aneheim thet subject Petition for Reclassification be denied on the basis of the
afocementioned findings.
