NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Anaheim City Plenning Commission does heceby grant subject
Petition for Conditional Uae Permit, upon the following conditions which are hereby found to be e necesaery prerequisite
to the pcoposed use of the subject pcopecty in ordPr to pcese~ve the safety and general welfare of the Citizens oE the
City of Aneheim: .
la That this Conditional Use Permit is yranted sub3ect to the completion o£ Reclassificat-
ion Noa 63-64-96 for sub~ect property only~
2o That subject property shall be developed substantially in accordance with plans and
specifications on file with the Citv of Anaheim, marked Exhibit No~ lo
3o That a time limii;ation of five pears shall be made for the use of the existing
residence on subject p.roperty and upon request by the petitioner, an additional time 13mitat-
ion may be grantedy if approvedy by the Planniny Commission„
