NOW9 THEREPCIRE9 BE IT RESdLVED that the Anaheim City Planning Commission does hereby recommend to the City Council of the City of Anaheim that sub~ect Petition for Reclassification i be.approved andy by so doing9 that Title 18-Zoning of the Maheim Municipal Code be amended to exclude the above described property from the R-Ay Residential Agricultural, Zone, and to incorporate said described property into the R-19 One Family Residential9 Zone, upon the following conditions.which are hereby found to bE a necessary prerequisite to the proposed use of subject property in order. to preserve t5e safety and general welfare of the citizens of i the City of Anaheimo ! lo That the owner of subject property shall deed to the City of Anaheim a strip of land ~ 45 feet in width9 from the center line of the street, along Sunkist Street, for street widening ~ ~ pusposeso 2.
