A RFSOLUTION OF THE CITY PLANNING ~MMISSION REOOMMENDING AMFNDMENT TO THE
LEGAL DESCRIPTION OF CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY IN CITY PLANNIN':. OOMMISSION
RESOLUTION NOa 8819 SERIFS, 1963-64, SAZD RESOLUTION HAVING GRAIVTFD VARIA(~CE N0. 1599
WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim did grant Variance
No. 1599 in Resolution Noo 881, Series 1963-64, dated August 19, 1963, and
WHEREAS, the legal description of said resolution was incorrectly stated on said
resolution, and
WHEREAS, the property under consideration in Variance No~ 1599 was correctly advertised
by law, and ,
WHEREAS, a subsequent correct legal description was submitted incorporating all property
considered in Tentative Map of Tract Noo 5250, '
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim '
does hereby amend the legal description of said property in Resolution No. 881, Series
1963-64 as described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto as though set forth in full. ~
THE I-0RE~GOING RESOLUTION is signed and approved by me this 9th day of April, 1964.
