A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY PLANNING OOMMISSIQN OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
REOJMMENDINI: TO THE CITY O~UNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM THAT
GETic^nAL PLAN AMINDMENT N0, 13 BE APPROVID
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim did adopt a General Plan
by Resolution No. 63R-II69, shov~in.g the general description and extent of land uses
within the City and indicatir.g the present belief of the Council as to possible
future development and redevelopment of land within the City; and
WHeREAS, the Citp Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim did receive
a verif ied Petitionsfor c~eclassification Noo 63-64-94 and Variance Noo 1628, which
petitions have. implications on policies as expressed on said General Plan; and
WHEREAS, in conjunction with the notice of the hearing on said Reclassification
and Variance, notice was also given regarding the consideration of an amendment to the
General Plan in the general location and vicinity of subject property of said Reclassifi-
cation and Variance; and
WHFREAS, the City Planning Cc~mr~ission did hold a public hearing at the City
Hall in the City of Anaheim on April 13, 1964, at 2:00 o'clock PoMo, notice of said
public hearing having been duly given as required by law and in accordance with the
provisions of the Anaheim Municipal Code, to hear and consider evidence for and against
said amendment to the General Plan and said proposed Petition for Reclassifidation and
Variance to investigate and make findings and recommendations in connection therewithg
and
WHEREAS, said Commission after due inspection, investigation, and study made
by itself and in its behalf and after due.consideration of all evidence and •reports
offered at said hearing, DOFS HEREBY FIND
