THAT PETITION FOR VARIANCE N0. BE GRANTED
WHEREAS, the City Plenning Commission of the City of Anaheim did receive a veri$ed Petition for Varience

West CommonwealthY Fullertony California9 Agent of certain real property situated in the City
of Anaheim9 County of Orange, State of Californias described as Lot Noo 1 thru 10, 32 thru 36,
40 thru 51 of Tract Noo 4ti43

WHEREAS, the City Plenning Commission did hold e public hearing at the City Hall in the City of Anaheim
on April 139 1964y at 2:00 o'clock P.M., notice of seid public heedng heving been duly ~iven es required
by law end in accordance ~vith the proviaiona of the Atteheim Municipel Code, Chepter 18.68, to heae end conaidet
evidence for end ageinst said proposed varience and to inves4igate and make findings end cecommendat'sons in connec-

WHEREAS, seid Commission, efter due inspection, investigation, and study mede by itself end ia its behalf,

• 1. That the petitioner requests a verience £rom the Aneheim Municipal Code: Section 18~3200909 which
requires that a 6-foot masonrp wa1X shall be constructed where muitiple family zone abuts ~
single family residential zone, and shall be erected.by the developer of the R-3 area, to
eliminate construction of'the required masonry wall; and Section 16e32~120, which rec{uires
that 1~ garages be provided for each dwe'1'ling unity to construct carports in lieu of the
required garages of Txact No~ 4643~
