WHEREAS, the City Planning Cortunission of the City of Anaheim considered Cqnditional Use
Permit n1o. 118, ror a zraiier park, at a public h2aring on May 22g ~961D and
WHEREAS, upon consideration of evidence at said hearing did deny said Conditional Use
Permit,.and
WHEREAS, upon appeal to the City Couqcil and at a public hearing on June 13, 1961, said
Conditioc,al Use Permit was.granted, and
WHEREAS, on February 21, 1961, Tentative Map of T•ract No. 4081 covering subject property
was-denied by the Planning Commission, and the.City Council subseGuently also denied said
Tract Map for 38 R-1, One Family Residential, Zoned lots, on March 14, 1961, and
WHEREAS, on May 27, 1963, Petition for Reclassif ication No. 62-63-107 and Revised Tentative
Map of Tract.No. 4081 filed on subject property was recommended for approval by the City
Planning Commission, and
WHEREAS, on June 25, 1963, Zhe City Council approved Reclassification No. 62-63-107 and
Revised Tentative Map of Tract Noo 40$1, and
WHEREAS, qn December 31, 1963, Final Tract Map No. 4081 was recorded in the County of
Orange, and
WHEREAS, subject property is now being developed for multiple family residential use
as approved in Reclassification No. 62-63-107.
NOW~ THEBEFllRE, BE IT RESOLVID that the Anaheim City Planning Commission does hereby
.. re.commend to the City Council of the City of Anaheim that Conditional Use Permit No. 118 be
terminated based.on the faregoing.factso
