A RESdLUTION OF THE CITY PLANNING ~MMISSION OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM REC70MMENDING
TO THE CITY COUNCIL.OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM THAT OONDITIONAL USE PERMIT A10. 277
BE TERMINATED
WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission did hold a.public hearing on August 69 and 20,
1962 to consider evidence for a hofbrau in Petition for Conditional Use Permit No. 277,
and
WHEREAS9 the City Planning Commission did grant said Conditional Use Permit on
August 20, 1962, and
WHEREAS,.the City Council did consider at a public hearing on October 9, 1962 and
did grant Conditional Use Permit Noo 277, subject to conditions, and
WHEAEAS, a memorandum from the Right-Of-Way and Land Section of the Engineering Depart-
ment of`the City of Anaheim stated that the owner of property considered in Conditional Use
Permit No. 277 refused to comply with Condition Noso 1 and 2 of City Council Resolution Noo

for the.Hofbrau, and
WHEREAS, the petitioner requested that subject Cbnditional Use Permit be considered
closed.
WHFRFAS, ihe six months time limitation for completion of conditions~in said Conditional
Use Permit expired February 20~...1963,
NOW' TH~~RE~ 3E.IT RE~i"vr'~t. that the. City Pianning Commission of ihe City of i+naheim
recommends .to the City Council of the City of Anaheim that Conditional Use Permit Noo 277
be terminated on the basis of the foregoing facts.
