NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Anaheim City Planning Commission does hereby grant subject
Petition for Condition~l Use Permit, upon the following conditions which are he:eby found to be a necessary prerequisite
to the proposed use of the subject property in order to preserve the sefety and gene=al wclfare of the Citizens of the
City of Aneheim:
1. That trash storage areas shall be provided in accordance with approved plans on file

4. That a 6-foot masonry wall stiall be constructed along the south property lineo
