That a bond.in an amount and form.satisfactory to the City of Anaheim shall be posted ! tj with the City to guarantee.the installation of a 6-foot masonry wall along the east property ; ~ line, prior to the time that the Building Permit is issued or within a period of 180 days >,? from date he.reof, whichever occurs first, or such further time as the Commission may granto ?:j 3.
