t`r INVESTMENf COMPANY, 2180 South Harbor Boulevard, Anaheim, California, Agent of certain real
`~ property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described
as the West 150 feet of the East 598 feet of the North half of the Northeast quarter of the
Northeast quarter of Section 13, Township 4 South, Range 11 West, in Rancho Los Coyotes,
as shown on a map thereof recorded in book 51, page 11, Miscellaneous Records of Orange
County; EXCEPTING THEREFROM the North 66 feet of said land as granted to the Siate of
California by deed recorded April 25y 1955, in book 3041, page 67, Official Records

dence for and against seid pcoposed reclassificetion and to investigete end meke findings and recommendetions in
rnnnection therewith: and
WHEREAS, said Commission, efter due inspection, investigetion, and study made by itself and in its behalf,
and efter due consideration of all evidence and :eports offeced at seid hearing, does find end determine the following

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Aneheim City Plenning Commission does heceby recommend
to the City Council of the City of Aneheim that subject Petition for Reclassification be denied on the besis of the
afocementioned findings.
