A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
THAT PETITiON FOR COPIDITIONAL USE PERMIT 562 BE GRANTED
WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim did seceive a verified Petition for Conditianal
Use Peimitf:om JAMES SPARKES, 146 Annecl Drive, Placentia, California, Owner; TOM BALLAS, .
19926 Rambling Road, Covina, California, Agent of certain xeal property situated in the
City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California9 as described in Exhibit "A"
attached hereto and referred to herein as though set forth in full

WHEREAS, the City Plenning Commission did hold e public hearing at the City Hall in the City of Aneheim on
April 27~ 1964~ et 2:00 o'clock P.M., notice of seid public hearing having been duly given as xequired by
le~~ and in eccordance with the provisions of the Aneheim Municipal code, Chepter 18.64, to hear and consider evidence
for and ageinst said ptoposed conditionel. use and to investigete and make findings and cecommendetions in connection
the:ewith; end
WHEREAS, said Commission, efter due inspection, investigation, end study made by itself and in i ta behalf, end
after due consideration of all evidence and rep~rts offeied at said hearing, does find end determine the following facts:
1. That the p~oposed ase is properly one for which a Conditionel.Use Permit is authorized by this Code, to
wit: establish a mobile home pa:ck o~ Poxtion R, and t~aiier sales on Portion A of subject
prope•rty
2. That the peoposed uae will not advecsely affect the adjoining land uaes end the growth end development of
the area in which it is proposed to be located.
3. That the size and shape of the site proposed foe the use is edequete to allow the full development of the
proposed use in a menner not detrimental to the particular area nor to the peace, health, safety, end general welfare
of the Citizens of the City of Maheim.
4. That the granting of the Conditional Use Permit under the conditions imposed, if any, will not be detrimental
to the peace, health, safety, end general welfare of the Citizens of the City of Anaheim.
5, That the~petitioner stipulated thai: the required 6-foot masonr•y wall would be
constructed on the easterly property line, unless the engineer°s repart deems that the soii
compaction for that portion of subject proper•t~y is unobtalnab'le for adequate footinga
