WHEREAS9 the City Planning Cortunissicn did recommend approval of Reclassification
Noo 63-64-64 and V~:r.ianoe No, 16i4 on December 23, 1963, and
WHEREAS, the City Council did approve Reclassif.ication Noo 63-64-64 and Variance
Noo 1614 on January 28, 196~9 and
WHIIiFAS9 a previous Peti±ion for Reclassification Noo 62-69-113 i~as reccmm~nded for
approval for C-•1, Neighborhood Commercial, Zone, and
WHEREAS, a subsequent Petition for Reclassification No„ 53-64•~108 for the re-
classif.ication of said property io the C-0, Commer.cial Oi'fice, 2one, was recommended for
approval, and
l"lHEREAS, it is deemed that Petition fo* Reclassification No, 63-64-64 and Variance
Noa 1614 are null and void based on •the fact tha~: Petition for Reclassification Noo 63-64-108
