;; WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission reccmmended approval in Resolution Nos~ 767
and 768, Series 1962-63.of Petitions for Reclassification Noo 62-63-113 and Conditional llse
~+i Perrait No. 423 on.May 13, 1963, and
WHEREAS, on April 27, 1964, the Planning Commission considered Petition for Re-
'~ classification Noo 63-64-108 and recommended to the City Council the reclassification of said

property to the C-09 Commercial Office9 Zone, said property 1.•~'ving been recommended
originally for C-1, Neighborr,ood Commercial9 Zone in Reclassification No~ 62-63-1139 and
WHEREASq the remainder of Portion "A" was proposed to be retained as C-ly Neighbor-
hood Commexcial, Zoned property.
N~W, THEREE~RE, BE IT RESOLVEp that the City Planning Commission of tha City of
. Anaheim.recommends to the City Council of the City of Maheim that Exhibit "A" of Resolution
Noso.767, and..768, Series 1962-63 be amended.by the substi{:ution of the attached Exhibit
. "A'!, said rxsolutions recommending approval of Reclassification No~ 62-63-113 and Conditional
Use Permit.Nao 423.
