Use Permitfrom HOWARD GILM1tORE, 527 North Rose Street, Anaheim, California, Owner of certain
real property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California,
described as Lot No. 3 of Tract No. 158

WHEREAS, ttte City Planning Commission did hold a publlc hearing at the City Hi~ll in +:he City of Aneheim on
May 11, 1964~ et 2:00 o'clock P.M., notice of said public headag having been duiy given as requiced by
lew and in eccordence wlth the proviaioas of the Aneheim Municipal code, Chepter 18.64, to hear end coneider evidence
far and egainst aeid ptoposed coaditioael uae ettd to investigate aad meke findings end recommendations in zoanection
therewith; and .
WHEREAS, seid Commiaeion, aRer due inspection, inveatigation, end atudy made by itself and in its behalf, and
efter due consideration of atl avideace aad ceports offeced et aeid hearing, doea find end determine the following facts:
1. That the pmgoaed nse is properly oae for wl~ich a Coaditiaael.Use Peemit is authodzed by this Code, to
wit: establish an automobile service shop that will engage in front end work and the instal-
lation of brakes, mufflers, smog control devices and shock absorbers on subject property.
2, Thet the pcopoaed uae will aot edvecaely effect the adjoining lend uses end the gcowth end development of
the azea in which it is proposed to be loceted.
3. That the aize and ahape of the site pioposed for the use is adequate to allow the full developmeat of the
proposed use in a manaer not detrimentel to ~e pecticular ecea nor to the peace, health, sefety, end general welfero
oE the Ciflzens of the Ciry of Aiteheim. .
4. Thet the grenting of the Conditional Use Petmit under the conditIoos imposed, if eny, will not be detrimental
to the peece, health, seEety, end generel welfare of the Citizens of the City of Aneheim.
5o That thA petitioner stipulated that no body or paint work would be performed and
further, that all work would be performed entirely within the building. ,
6. That no one appeared in opposition to subject petition.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that tl:e Anaheim City Plenning Commission does hereby grant subject
Petition foc Conditional Use Permit, upon the following conditions whIch ate hereby found to be a necessory prE.equisite
to the p:oposed use of the subject p:operty in order to presecve the safety end gene:al welfece ofthe Citizens of the
City of Aneheim:
1. That trash storage areas shall be provided in accordance with approved plans on
file in the office of the Director of Public Works, prior to final bui2ding inspectiona
2e That subject property shall be developed substan~tially in accordance with plans
and specifications on file with the City of Anaheim, mark~:d Exhibit Noo le
3n ihat .^.o body or ~aint work shall be permitted, ai~d that all auto work shall be
conducted within the building, as stipulated to by the pe~titioner.
4o That the unpaved area that had previously been used for automobile parking be
paved to provide for adequate parking together with suitable bumper guards along the north
property line to prevent access to said propertyo
