WHEREAS, seid Commiaeion, aRer due inspection, inveatigation, end atudy made by itself and in its behalf, and efter due consideration of atl avideace aad ceports offeced et aeid hearing, doea find end determine the following facts: 1. That the aize and ahape of the site pioposed for the use is adequate to allow the full developmeat of the proposed use in a manaer not detrimentel to ~e pecticular ecea nor to the peace, health, sefety, end general welfero oE the Ciflzens of the Ciry of Aiteheim. . 4. Thet the grenting of the Conditional Use Petmit under the conditIoos imposed, if eny, will not be detrimental to the peece, health, seEety, end generel welfare of the Citizens of the City of Aneheim. 5o That thA petitioner stipulated that no body or paint work would be performed and further, that all work would be performed entirely within the building. , 6.
