That a letter was received in conditional opposition to sub~ect petitiona . ... .,.~1 . . ~ r~l `~~ i ;l~' NOW9 THERF~pRE9_BE IT RESOLVED that the Anaheim Ci~ty ?lanning Comr,~ission does hereby recommend t4.the City Council•of .the City of Anaheim..that subject Petition for Reclassification be..appro~Ed..and, by..so doing, that Tit1e.1R-Zoning.o£.the Anaheim Municipal Code.be amended to exclude the above described property from the R-A9 Residential Agricultural, Zone, and to incorporate said described property into the R-3, Multiple Family Residential, Zone upon the following conditions which are hereby found to be a necessary prerequisite to the proposed use of subject property in order to.preserve the safety and general welfare of the citizens of the City of Anahe3nto lo That-the.owner of subject property shall deed to the City of Anaheim a strip of land 60-~feet in width, from the~center line of the street, aloFlg Brookhurst Street, for street wider,ing purposeso 20 .That street improvement.plans shall be prepared and all engineering requir.ements of the~ City of Anaheim along Brookhurst Street, such as curbs and gutters, sidewalksy street grading and paving, drainage facilities, or other appurtenant work.shall be completed as required by the Cit y.
