ENDICOTT, 3521 Savanna Drive, Anaheim, California, Owner of certain real property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described as Lot No. 13 of Tract Noo 743 ; end WHEREAS, the City Plenning Commission did hold a pablic liearing nt the City Hall in the City of Aneheim on May 11 ~ 1964, at 2:00 o'clock P.M., notice of said public hearing heving been duly given es cequired by law end in accordance with the provisions of the Aneheim Municipel Code, Chepter 18.68,to heer snd consider evidence for end egeinst seid proposed varience end to inves~igete and meke findings and recommendetions in connec- tion theeewith; end WHEREAS, seid Commission, efter due inspecUon, investigation, aad study made by itself and in ita behalf, and efter due considereiion of ell evidence and repods offered es seid headng, does find end detecmine the following fects: 1. Thet the petitioner requests e veriance from the Aneheim Munlctpel Code: Section 18 160030(4-a and 4-b~ whlch sequires that an R-A parcel shall have not less than one acre, and a mir~imum lot width of 55 feet to areate two R-A parcels of less than one acre each in area and one lot 52>65 feet wide on sub3ect propertyo 2. Thet thece aie exceptional or extreordinery circumstences or conditiona appliceble to the property involved or to the intended use of the property thet do not apply generelly to the property or cleas oE use in the seme vicinity end zone. 3. Thet the requested varlance is necessery for the Areservation end enjoyment of e substential property right poasessed by other pcoperty in the seme vicinity and zone, end denied to the ptopedy in questlon. 4.
