A RESOLIITION OF THE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM RECOMMENDING TO THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE

WHEREAS~ the City Planning Commission did grant Conditional Use Permit No. 493 on i
vovember.7, 1963, by Resol?.~tion Noa 9~6, Series 1953-64, and ~

WHEREAS, the City P'larining Commission amended Resolution No. 946, Se.ries 1963-64
on Decemk,er 23, 1963 by Resolution Noo 1007, Series 1963-64 to delete the ssrvice station ~
pronerty at the southeast corner_of Manchester Avenue and Harbor Boulevard, and
L'1HEREAS, the petitioner initiated new proceedings for an 82-unit motel with a
restaurant in Conditional Use Permit Noo 544 on the same property, and
WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission did grant Conditional Use Permit Noo 544 on ;
March 16, 1964, and
WHEREAS, said Conditional Use Permit Noo 544 superseded Conditional Use Permit
Noo 4930 ~

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RFSQLVED that the City Planning Commission of the City of r,
Anaheim does hereby recommend to the City.Council of the City of Maheim that Petition
for Conrlitio~al Use.Pe•rmit Noo 493 be terminated based on the fact that said peti±'t~n
was superseded by Conditional Use Permit Noo 544~
