I172, ScRIcS 19o3-'v4 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY PLANrJING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM THAT PETITION FOR CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT 572 BE GRANTED QIRiF1;F(1S, the City Pianning Cemm+_Qe+_o~ of+?+~ ~±w of Anah~.im did initi~ate a~~~erified Petition for ~ Conditional Use Permit on certain real property situa`Qd in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described as the South 5.69 acres of the East 10 acres of the Southeast quarter of the Southwest quarter of Section 8, Township 4 South, Range ' 10 West, in the Rancho Los Coyotes, ds shown on a Map recorded in Book 51, page 10 of Miscellaneous Maps, records of said Qi•~nge Coimty, Caliiornia; excepting therefrom that portion lying within the right of way of Li•r;c~~'n Avenue; also excepting therefrom that portion lying within •::he right of way of D~ul?er Avenue ~ ; ~a- NHEREAS, the City Planaing Commiasion dId hold a public hearin~ at the City Hall in the City of Aneheim on May 25~ 1964~ at 2:00 o'clock P.M., notice of seid public headng haviag been duly given as required by la!v and in accocdance witl: the pcovisions of the Anaheim Muaidpal code, Chapter 18.64, to near. and consider evidence for end ageinst seid proposed conditional use end to investigete and meke findiage and recommendatlons in connection therewith; end , WHEREAS, seid Commiseioa, efter due 3aspection, investigatioa, end study made by itself and in its behelf, and after due consideration of ell evidence and repods offered at aeid headng, does find and determiae the followiag fecta: 2. That the proposed nse is properly one for which a Coaditionel,Use Perinit is aathodzed by this Code, to wit: establish an existing bowling alley, restaurant and cocktail lounge as a conforming use. 2. That the proposed use avill aot edveesely effect,the edjoining lend uses and the growth sad development of the acea in which itis proposed to be located. 3. That the aize and shepe of the site proposed for the use is adequate to allow the full development of the proposed use in a menner not detdmentel to the perticular area nor to the peece, health, safety, end generel welfere , of the Citizens of the City of Anaheim. . 4.
