tionfrom EDWARD Ea HESSE, 1694 Sumac Lane, Anaheim, California, Glvner; HARRY KNISELY,
1523 West Katella Avenue., Anaheim, California, Agent of certain real property situated in
the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described as Lot No. 18 of

NOW, TFiEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED thet the Anaheim City Planning Commission does heceby recommend
to the City Council of the City of Anaheim that subject Petition for Reclassiflcetion ~e approved and, by so doing,
thet Title 18-Zoning of the Aneheim Municipal Code be emended to exclude the above described property f:om the
R-1, One-Family Residential, Zone, and to incorporate said described property into the
C-1, Neighborhood Coramercial, Zone, upon the following conditions whfch are hereby found
to be a necessary prerequisite to.the proposed use of subject prcperty in order to preserve
the s~fety and g2i~cTal riel.are of tha :,itfzens of tha City o; Anahein.
lo That the owner or subje~t property shall deed to the City of Anaheim a strip of land '
53 feet in width, from the cen•ter line of the streetY along Euclid Sireet, for street widening
