THAT PETITTON FOR VAR3ANCE N0. 1639 BE GRAIITED
WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission oE the City of Anaheim did recxive a ve:i8ed Petition for Vedance
from CATHERINE Ao WHITE, 202 West La Palma Avenue, Anaheim, California, U,~rrer of certain
real property siiuateG in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described
as Lots Nose 1 and 2 of Tract Noe 143
; and
WHEREAS, !he City Planning Commission did hold a public headng et the City Hall in the City of Anaheia:
on June 8' 1964 ~ at 2:00 o'clock P.M., notice of said public hearing heving been duly given ns required
by law and in ecrnrdance wlth the provlsions of the Maheim Municipel Code, Chepter 18.68, to hear end coneidec
evidence for end egeinat aeid proposed verience and to inves~igete end meke findings end cecommendations in connec-
tion thecewith; end
WHEREAS, seid Commisaion, a4Yer due insp~ Uon, investigation, end atudy made by itaelf and in ita behelf,

18~48~030~ to wai~ve the requlred parking in order to seconstruct and expand an existing
mattress assembly piant on sub3ect property~

Petition for Variance, upon the following conditions which ere hezeby found to be ct necessary prerequisite to the pro-
posed use of the subject pcoperty in order to preserve the sefety a~id general welfare of the Citizenc of the City of
Anaheim. !
ie That the damaged and~or hazardous sidewalks, curbs9 and gutters shall be repaired along ;
