That the ptoposed use wlll aot adveesely affect,the adjoining laad uses end the growth end devclopment of the ares in which itis proposed to be located. ., 3. That the size and shepe of the site proposed for the use is adequate to allow the full development ofthe proposed use in a menner not detrimentel to the particuler ecea nor to the peace, health, safety, and general welfere of the Citizens of the City of Aneheim. . 4. That the granting of the Conditionel Use Pe:mit under the conditions imposed, if any, will not be detrimentel to the peece, health, sefety, and gene:el welfare of the Citizens of the City of Aneheim. 5o That under the authoritiy of Code Section 18,640070, waiver of the requirement of Section 180520050(2) for.a-minimum five acxe site is hereby granteda . 6o That.the petitioner stipulated that no used trucks or equipment nor any flags, banners, : displays, o= unusual attention getting devices would be displayed in the buildinq setback areao ; , ~ Cl-G -1- ,~, , .
