1. Thet the proposed use is p:operly one for which a Conditionel Use Permit is authorized by this Code,to wit:
establish a real estate loan broker°s office in a residential structure on subject propertyo ,
2o That the proposed use will adversely affect the ad;;oining land uses and the growth
and development of the area in which it is proposed to be locateda
3o That the proposed reclassification is incompatibie to the single family residential
~ properties abutting to the east9 west and south and would retain undesireble precedent for
strip commercial development on Ball Road between Tris Street and Harbor Boulevard<
4o That one person appeared and a letter was received in favor of sub~ect petition
