REGOMMENDING TO THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM THAT

City and..~.ndicati.ng.thQ._present belief of ±he Council as to possible future development and
redevelnpment.of..land.w.ithin..the City; and
WI-ffiREAS, the City Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim did receive verified
Petitions fox.Reclassification No~ 63-64-121 and Condit3onal U~e Permit No~ 5769 which
petitions.has impli.cations on policies as expressed on said General P'lan; and
_ Wt~&FAS9 .in conjunctian with the notice of the hearing on said reclassification, and
cnnditi,onal_.use..permit9 notice was also gi•ven regarding the consideration of an amendment
to the.,General.Plan-.in.-the general location and vicinity of subject property of said
reclass.if ication and cond.itional.use permit; and
