That the proposed nse is properly oae for which a Conditional.Use Pesinit is authodzed by this Code, to wih establish an existing wheel alignment and brake adjustment shop as a conforming use in the C-1,'Neighborhood Commercial, Zonee 2. Thet the ptopased use wflll aot advecsely affect.the edjoiaing land uses end the growth end development of the esea in which it is proposed to be located. 3. That the size and shepe of the site proposed for the use is adequete to allow the full development ofthe proposed use in a menner not detrimentel t0 ~~ perticular erea nor to the peace, health, sefety, end general welfere of the Citizens of the City of Meheim. , 4.
