A RiSOLUTION OF THE CITY PLANNING COMAIISSION OF THE CITY UF ANAHEIM
TERMINATING PEfITION FOR ~NDITIONAL USE PERMIT NOa 212
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission granted Petition for Conditional Use Permit Noo
212, for the development of a 48-bed sanitariiun, in Resolution Noo 268, Series 1961-62
on March 19y 1962, and
WHEREAS9 no action was taken on the Planning Commission`s action by the City Cpuncil
on April 10, 1962, and
WHEREAS, all conditions imposed in the Commission'a ap~roval of subject Conditional
Use Permit were not complied with, and
WHEREAS9 upon field check by the Planning Department on January 14, 1964, no con-
struction had taken.place, and
WHEREAS9 in.a telephone conversation with the agent for the petitioner, on Ma~ 4,
1964, the agent stated that development plans for subject property had been abandoned due
to economic difficulties in the. leasing of the p.r.eposed establishmento
NOW9 Tf~REFOREy BE IT RESOLVID that the City Planning Commission of the City of
Anaheim does hereby terminate Conditional Use Permit Noo 212, based on the aforementioned
findingso I
