A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
RECOMMENDING TO THE C1TY COUNCIL OF THE C1TY OF' ANAHEIM 'fHAT
PETITION FOR RECLASSIFICATION NO. 63-64-125 gE APPROVED
W~iEREAS, the Ciry Plenning Commission of the City of Aneheim did ~initiate a verified petition for
Reclassification on certain real property situated in the City of Aaaheim, County of Orange,
State of California, described as the East 202 feet of the Southeast quarter of the South-
east quarter of the Northeast quarter of Section 15, Township 4 South, Range 11 West, in
the RanchQ Los Coyotes, as shown on a Map recorded in Book 51, page 11 of Miecellaneous Ma~s,
records of Orange County, California, EXCEPTING THEREFROM the North 473a26 feetj ALSO EXCEI~T-
ING TF~REFROM that por,tion dedicated for road and public utility purposes lying within the ~
right of wcay of Orange Avenue and Knott Avenue as conveyed to the City of Anaheim in deed
recorded June 20, 1962, as Document Number 15727 in Book 6151, page 827 of Official Records

WHEREAS, the Ciry Plenning Commission did hold a public hearing et the City-Hell in the City of Anaheim on
June 15~ 1964~ at 2:00 o'clock P.M. notice of said public hearing heving been duly given as required by
law end in eccotdance with the pcovisions of the Maheim Municipel Code, Chepter 18.72, to hear and consider evidence
for and ageinst said ptoposed ceclassificetion and to investignte and meke findings and recommendetions in connection
therewith; and
WHEREAS, soid Commission, after due inepectian, investigetion, and study made by itself and in its behelf, and
eher due consideration of all evidence and repods oEfe:ed at said heering, does find and determine the following facts:
1. Thatthe,Planning Coromission proposed the x~eclassification ~f the-above described
property from the existing R-A9 Residential Agr.iculturaZ9 Zoney and proposes said property
for reclassification in~o the C-ly Neighborhood Commercialy aone~
2~ That an amendment to the General P'lan is deemed unnecessax•y, because the size o£
the parcel nroposed for reclassificatiQn wou:d not genesally affect the City°s policies in
this a•rea~
3~ That the present use of subjer,t p•roperty is a se:rvice stationo
4o That the existing use was est~biished under Conditional Use Permit Noo 203,

NOW, THEREFORE, BE iT RESOLVED thet the Anaheim City Plnnning Ccc.mission does hereby cecommend
to the City Council of the Cii,y of f,neh=im that subject Petition for Reclassificetioa be approved ~~d, by so doing,
thet Title 1&Zoning of the Anaheim Mucrtcipal Code be emended to exclude the nbove described property from the
R-A, Residential Agricultural, i:~~~::z, and ~o ine;~rporate sai:! described pr~perty into the
