A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
RECOMMENDING TO THE CETY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM THAT
PETITION FOR RECLASSIFICATION N0. 63~64-128 gE APPROVED
WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission of the City of Aneheim did initiate a VeTified petition
for Reclassification on certain real property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of
Orange, State of California, as described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and referred to
herein as though set forth in full
Property owned bys William Mo Townsend, 1150 West lOth Street9 Santa Anay Californiao
; and
WHEREAS, the City Plenning Coma~ission did hold a public hearing at the City Hell in the City of Anaheim on
June 15~ 1964~ et 2:00 o'clock P.M. notice o£ said public hearing having been duly given as required by
law and in accordance with the provisions of the Aneheim Municipel Code, Chapter 18.72, to hear and consider evidence
for and ageinst seid ptoposed reclassification end to investigate and make findings and cecommendations in connection
therewith; end
~ WHEREAS, said Commissica, efter due inspection, investigation, and study made by ituelf and in its behalf, end
cfter due considecation of all evidence and reports offered et said henring, does find and determine the following fecte:
1. Thet the Planaing :CDmmission proposed ttie reclassification of the above described
property from the existing P-A, Residential Agricultural, Zone, and proposes said property
for reclassification into t~:e G 1, Neighborhood Comme•rcial, Zoneo
2o That an.amendment to the General Plan is deemed unnecessary, because the size of
ttze parcel proposed for.reclassification would not generally affect the City°s policies
in this axeao '
3o That the present use of subject property is a drive-ir restau.ranto
4e That the existing use.was established under Conditional Use Permit No~ 170,
5o That Reclassification Noo 59-60-58 has incomplete zoning action:
