WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission did hold a public hearing at the City Hell in the City of Aneheim on
June 15~ 1964~ at 2:00 o'clock P.M. notice of seid public hearing heving been duly given as requiced by
law end in accordence with the provisions of the Meheim Municipal Code, Chapter 18.72, to hear and consider evidence
for and ageinst seid ptoposed reclassification and to investigate and make findings and cecommendations in connection
thecewith; and
WHEREAS, said Commission, after due inspection, investigation, and study mede by itself end in its behalf, end
efte~~ due consideration of all evidence and repocts offe:ed at seid hearing, does find end determine the following fects:
1. ThatthePlarining.~Commission proposes the reclassification of the above described
psoperty from the existing C-1, Neighbort~~od Commercialy Zone, and proposes said property
for reclassification into the RWAy Residential Agriculturaly Zone~
2a That an amendment to the General Plan is deemed unnecessaryy because the size of
the parcel proposed for reclassification would not generally affect the City°s policies
in this area.
3o That the present use of subject property is Centralia School Siteo
4, That the existinq use was established ~nder Reclassification Noo 56-57-710
5a That no one appeared in opposition to subject petition~
