RECOMMENDLVG TO THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM THAT

WHEREAS, the City Plenning Commission of the City of Anehelm did ,ini.tiate a verified petition for
Recl.assification on certain real property situated in-the City of Anaheim, County of Orange,
State of California, as described in Exhibit "A'! attached hereto and referred to herein as
thaugh set forth in full

WHEREAS, the City Plenning Commission did hold a public hearing at the City Hall in the City of Meheim on
June 15, 1964~ .= et 2:00 o'clock P.M, notice of said public headag heving been duly given ae required by
law and in accordence with the provisions of the Maheim Msnicipal Code, Chapter 18.72, to hear and coneider evidtnce
for and egeinst said proposed reclassiEication end to irtvestigete end make findinga and recommendetions in connection
thecewith; and
WHEREAS, said Commission, efter due inspectton, investigation, end study mede by itself end in its behelf, and
aEter due consideration of all evidence und reports offared at said hearing, doms find and dete~ine the following facte:
1. Tha;the.Planning Commission proposes.the reclassification of. the.above described
property from the C-39 Heavy Co,mmercial, Zone, deed restricted to service station usey and
proposes said property for reclassification into the C-1, Neighborhood Commercial9 Zonee
2o That an amendment to the General Plan is deemed unnecessary, because the size of
the parcel proposed for reclassification would not generally affect the City's policies in
this areao
3~ That the preSent use of subject property is a service station within 75 feet of a single;~
family residenceo
4~ That the existing use was established under Reclassification Noa 58-59-71a
