A RESOLUTION 0~ THE CITY PLANNING ODMMISSION OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
TNAT PEfI~'ION EOR CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT 578 BE GRANfID .
WHEREAS the City Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim did initiate a verified '
Petition for Condition'al Use Permit on certain real property situated in the City of Anaheim9
County .of Orange, State of California, as described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and referred ~:
to herein os though set forth in fullo Property owned by: DeWald McDonald, 441 Loring Avenue' ;
Los Angeles 24, California
WHEIiEAS, the City Planning Commission did hold a public hearing at the City Hall in
the City of Anaheim on June 15, 19649 at 2:00 0'clock PoM., notice of said public hearing having :
been duly given as required by law and in accordance with the provis3ons of the Anaheim Municipal;
code9 Chapter 18a64, to hear and consider evidence fox• and against said proposed conditional
use and to investigate and make findings and recommendations in connection therewith; and
WHEREAS, said Commission, after due inspection, investigation, and study make by itself
and.in its.behalf,.and after.due consideration of all evidence and reports offered at said
hearing does.:ind and determine the following facts:
lo That the existing use is propzrly onE; for which a Conditional Use Permit is
au~nor.i2ed by this Code, to wits Establish an existing service station as a conforming use
in ~he C-1, Neighborhood Commercial9 Zone within 75 feet of a single family residence on
svbject propertyo
2~ That the existing use was established under Reclassification No< 58-59-71.
3o That the.granting of the Conditional Use Permit under the conditions imposed, if
any, will not be detrimental to the peace, health, safety, and general welfare of the Citizens
of the City of Anaheimo
4~ That r~o one appeared.'.n opposit3on to subject petition~
NOW, THEREFORE,.BE IT RESOLVED that the Maheim City Planning Commission does hereby
