A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY PLANNIIdG COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
RECOMMENDIIJG TO TI3E CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM THAT
PETITION FOR RECLASSIFICATION NO. 63-64-135 BE APPROVED -
R'HEREAS, the City Planning Commisaion o£the City of Aneheim did ~initiate. a verified Petition'for
Reclassification on certain real property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange,
State of Cali:ornia,'described as the North 200 feet of the East 190 feet of the Northeast
quarter of the Northwest quarter of Section 23, Township 4 South, Range 1L West, in the
Rancho Los Coyotes, as shown on a Map recorded in Book 51, page 11 of Miscei~aneous Maps,
records of Orange County, Californiaj Excepting therefrom the North 50 feet-and~the East
40 itet dedicated for road and public utility purposes lying withih the right of way of
Ha12 Road and lNestern r?yenue9 ?s conveyed to #he ~4+y ef Anaheim by deed recorded Aoril 3,

June 15~ 1964~ ak 2:00 o'clock P.6l..notice of said public hearing heving been duly giver. as required by
lew end in accocdance with the pcovisions of the Anaheim Municipel Code, Chepter 18.72, to hear and consider evidence
for and ageinst seid ptoposed ceclassificetion and to iaves4gate and make findings end ~ecommea~ctiona in coanection
thecewith; and
WHEREAS, seid Commission, efter due inspection, investigation, end atudy mede by itself ead in its behalf, and
after due consideration of all evidence and ceports offered et said headng, does find and detecmine the following fects:
1. Thetthe Planning Commission proposes the reclassification of the.above descsibed
property from the existing C-3, Heavy Gommercia~,Zone9 deed restricted to C-3, Heavy
Commercial and G1, Neighborhood CommercialY uses, and proposes said praperty for reclassi-
fication intv:'the C-lg Neighborhood Commercial; Zoneo
2o Tha't an amendment to the General Plan is deemed unnecessaryy because the size
of .the..parcel proposed for reclassification would not generally affect the City's policies
in this areao
3o That the.present use of sub~ect p*ope•rty is a service station within 75 feet of a
