June 15~ 1964~ et 2:00 o'clock P.M. notice of sald public hearing having been duly given es requieed by law end in accardonce with thn provisiaas of the Maheim Mi~nicipal Code, Chepte~ 18.72, to heat end consider evidence for end against said ptoposed reclasslfication end to invosagate end make findings end eecommendetions in connection therewith; end ~ WHEREAS, said Commission, aftee due inspection, investigetion, end study mede by itself end in its behelf, end aftee due consideration of all evidence and teports oEfe:ed at seid headng, does find and determine the following facts: 1.
