the Northerly 36 feet lying within the right of way of Lincoln Avenue

law and in accordence with trie provlsions of the Aneheim Municipel Code, Chepter 18.72, to he~r end consider evidence
for and agelnst sald ptoposed reclassificetion end to investlgate and meke flndinga end cecommendations in coanecUon
therewith; and
WFiEREAS, said Commieeion, aher due inepect[on, investigation, end study made by itself and in its behelf, end
after due conaideratlon of ell evidence and repods offered et said heering, does Snd aad determine the following fects:
1. Thetthe ~lanning.Cnmmission proposes the reclassification of the above described x
property from the existing R-Ay Residentiai Agricultural9 Zone9 and proposes said property ;
for xeclassification into ~the C~ly Neighborhood Commercial,,.Zoneo
2o That ar~ amehdm~nt to the Generel Plan is deemed unnecessary, because the size of j
