A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY PLA[1NING OOIuWIISSION OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
:RE~0MME1~lING.TO THE CITY NUNCIL OF THE CITY OF.ANAHEIM THAT
GENERAI- PLAN AMENDMENT NOo 24 BE DISAPPAOVED '
WHEREAS, the City Counc9.1 of the City of Anaheim did adapt a General Plan by
Resolution Noa 63R-869, showir~~ the general description and extent of lund uses
within the City and indicating the present belief of the City Council as to possible
.uture d~~velopment and redevelopment of land within the City; and
~~~59 the City_Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim did receive a
verif:ed Petition for Reclass.ification Noo 63-64-142 and Variance Noe 1643, Nhich
petition...has implications on.policies as expressed on said General Plan; and
~~~, in can3unction with the notice of the hearing on said Reclassification
and Variance, noti.ce..was.also.given.regarding the consideration o£ an amendment to the
General Plan.in the.geneial location and vicinity of subject property of said reclassi-
ficetion and ~~ariance; and
W~A~, .the City Planning Commission did hold a public hearing at the City Hall
in the City.of..Maheim on June 22y 1964, at 2s00 0°clock P.M,~ notice af said public
hearing having.been duly given as required by law and in accardance with the provisions
of..the.Anaheim Municipal Code, to hear and consider evidence for and against said
Amendment..to_the...General.Plan and said proposed Petitidn~ for Rec7assification and
Variance to investigate and make findings and r.ecommendations in connection therewith,
and
WHEREAS,.said Commission.after due inspection, invest3gation,. end study made by
itself.and.in.its behalf and after due consideration of all evidence and reports

the aforementioned.area adequately represents past and current
City_policies regarding.possible future development of said general
