PC 1963-1964-999A RESOLUTIOI3 OF THE CITY PLANNING ~OMMISSION OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM THAT PETITIOIQ FOR CONDITIONAL USE P~:::.;;T~S.~BE GRANTED WHEREAS, the City Plenning Commissiaa of the City of Aneheim did ceceive a verified Petition for Cond3tionel Use Permitfrom CLARENCE E~ and JRNr Aa PETTIT, 1921 Pinecrest Drive, Corona, California, Owrsers; VIVIAN Lo and LOUIS Ea SHIELDS, 3640 Savanna Street, Anaheim, California, Agents of certain real property situated in the City of Anah~im, County of Orange, State ~f California, described as the west 18603 feet of lot 24 of Tract Noo 743, as per map recorded in Book 22, page 10 of Miscellaneous Maps, in the office of the county recorder of said count•;, and fu•rther described as 3640 Savanna Street ; and WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission did hold a public hearing at.tha City Hell in the City of Aneheim on December 23~ 1963~ et 2:00 o'clock P.M., notice of said public hearing having been daly given as requ:red by law and in ecroidence with the provigions of the Aneheim Municipal code, Chepter 18.64, to hear and consider evidence for end against said ptoposed conilitional use and to iavestigate end meke findings and xecommendetions in connection therewith; and • WHEREAS, said Commissioa, after dne iaspection, iavestigetion, and study made by itself and in itn behalf, and aftee due consideretion of all evidence aad ceports offe:ed at said hearing, does find end determine the following facts: 2. That the size and shepe of the site peoposed for the use is adequete to allow the full development of the p:oposed use in a manner not detrimental to the particulac area nor to the peace, health, safety, end general weifare of the Citizens of the City of Meheim. • 4.
