Series 1963-64 on Decembar 9ti i963; and
Yf}~RFAS, the City Council approved a hotel with specialty shops and associated `
serv:ces on subject propqrty with a 160-foot height limitation by Resolutiuii 64R-69 on
February 4, 1964; and y
1~f}~RFAS4 the City Plar.ning Co~ission approved Conditional UsR Permit No. 587 `
by Resolution No. 1238~ Series 1964-65, datsd July 69 1964, whi.h action incor,oorated
the original land use req~est considered under Conditi.onal Use Permit No. 5I2, but per- ;
mitted the expansion of the original concept of the development; and ,
Mt~RFAS9 Conditional Use Permit Noe 512 will not be utilized by the petiti,ners
if no action is taken on Conditional Use Permit Nos 587, cc if, through public hearang,
the City Council endorses the Planning Commission's action on Conditional Use ?ermit
• Noe 587; and
MHFREAS9 the petitionars have requested termination of Conditional Use Permit
No> 512, provided said termination does not become effective until Conditionai Use Permit
