NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED thet the Maheim City Plenning Commission does hereby grant subject
Petition for Coadif!.onel Uae Permit, upoa the Eollowing conditions which are hereby found to be e necessery prerequiaite
to the proposed use of the subject property in orda to preserve the sefety end generel aelfare of the Citizens of the
City of Aneheim:
1. That the owners of subject property shall pay to the City of Anaheim the sum of
15~ per front foot along Lincoln Avenue for tree planting purposes.
2e That the owners of subject property shall pay to the City of Anaheim the sum of
$2v00 per front foot along Lincoln Avenue, for street lighting purposes.
3o That the sidewa'!ks shail be installed along Lincoln Avenue, as required by the
City Engineer and in accordance with standard plans and specifications on file in the
office of the City Engineere
4e That trash storage areas sha:l be provided in accordance with approved plans on
file in the office of the Director of Public Works.
5o That Condition Nose 1 and 2, above mentioned, shall be complied with prior to the
time that the Building Permit is issued or ~ithin a period of 180 days from date hereof,
whiche~cer occurs first, or such further time as the Commission or City Council may grant.
fie That subject property shall be developed substantialiy in accordance with plans
and specifications on file with the City of Anaheim, marked Exhibit•Nvs~ l and 2a
7e That a 3-foot strip of land shall be landscaped on tha Lincoln Avenue frontage and
said la^dscaping maintained and that plans for said larsdscaping shall be submitted to and
approved by the Superintendent of Parkpay Maintenancee
Se That Condition Noso 3~ 49 and 7, above mentioned, shall be complied with orior
to final building inspectiono
