WE~RHAS, in coijunction with the Planning Comoaission's consideration nf the
ad~ition vf Planned &esidential Developments to the Anaheim Municipal Code, evidence
was presented that the Definition Section did not define a Planned @esidential IIevelop-
ment; and
iNHEREAS, the City Planning Commission did hold a public hs,aring at the City
Hall in the City of Anaheim ort July 8, 1964, at the ho•~r of 7s00 o'clock P.ke, notice
of s8id public hearing haring been duly givon as required by the lax and in accordance
Mith the provisions of the Anaheim Municipal Code, Chapter 18072, to hear and consider
evidence for and against said proposed amendment and to inresti.gate and make findings
and recoe~endations in connection therer~ithf and
iNfiEREAS, said Co~cission, after due inspection, investigation, and study
made by itself and in its ~9half, and after due consideration of all evidence and
reports offered at szid hearing, does find and determine that such definition be made
a part of the Anaheim Municipal Codeo
NOWy 'iHEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Planning Commissfon of the
City of Maheim does hereby recommend to the City Council of the City of Anaheim the
amendment to Title 18, Chapter 18008, Definitions of the Anaheim Municipal Code by
the addition of Section 18~08e605 Planned Residential Developments, and that said
amendment be considered in conjunction with the public hearing of Chapter 18065,
Planrted Residential Developments, and shal: read as followss
"Section 18,08s605 Planned Residential Developmenta A residential
development of three vr more main buildings, and
substantially incorpvrating the site planning
principles of Section 16e65a010 of the Anaheim
Municipal Codee"
