RECON~YIENDING TO THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM THAT
PETITION FOR RECLASSIFICATION N0. 64-65-6 gE APPROVm
WHEREAS, the City Plenning Commisaion oE the Ciry of Meheim did initiate a verified Petition
for Reclassification on certain real property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of
Orange, Siate oz Caiifo.-nia, as d2sc::be~' in Eshibit "A" attached hereto and referred to
herein as though set forth in fuil

WHEREAS, the Ciry Plenning Commission did 'nald e public hearing at the City Hall in the City of pneheim on
Nonday9 July 20~ 19649 et 2:00 o'clock P.M., notice of seid publlc headng h~ving been duly givm es required
by law end in accordence with the provisions of the Meheim Municipal Code, Chepter 18.72, to heer and conaider evi-
dence foc ead egeinat seid proposed reclassiflcetion end to investigete end meke findings and recommendetions in
connection thecewith: end
WHEREAS, said Commisslon, after due inepection, investlgetion, and study made by itaelf end in its behelf,
end aftec due consideration of all evidence end reports offered et said hearing, does find and determine the following
facta:,.
la That the Planning Commission proposes tne reclassification of the _3ove describe
property from the existing G-3, Zone to establish an existing service station as a conforming
usey deed restricted to C-3 an~ C-1 usesto the C-19 Zone.
to tnat an amendmeRt t~ the Genera] Plan is deea:ed unnecessary9 because the size
of the parcel proposad for reclassification would nct generally affect the City's
policies in this areao
3a That the present use of subject property is a service station within 75 feet of a
siagle family residence~
4, That the existing use was established under Heclassification 56-57-15.

that Title 1&Zoning of the Meheim Muaicipel Code be ameaded to e:clude the above descHbed propeety from the
C-3, f{~avy Comaercial, Zone, and to incorporate said described property-unconditionally
into the C-1, Neighborhood Commercial, Zonea
