A RESOLUTION OF THE CTfY PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF ANAHEAH
THAT PETIT[ON FOR CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT NO..~BE GRAM'ED
WHEF.EAS, t6e Ci~ lannina Commission of the City of Anaheim did initiate a verified Petition
for Conditional Use Permit on certain real property situated in tfie City of Anaheim,
Couaty of Orange, State of California, as described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and
referred to herein as though set forth in full

therewith; and

and after due considention of all evidmce aad repoRs offered at sdd headng, does Uad and determiae the Eollowing facts:
1. Thet the propased nse is properly one for which a Conditionel Use Peemit is euthodzed by this Code, to wit:
Establish an existing service station as a conforming use in the C-19 Neighborhood
Cn~erciai9 Zone within 75 feet of a single f amily area, in the R-A, Zone.
1. That the granting oi the Condii.ionai Use Permit under Lhe ;;onditions imposedy
if any~ would not be detrimental to ihe peace, health, safety and general welfare of
the Citlzens of the City of Anaheime
3, That the existing use was established while the property was under the jurisdiction
of the Countye
4. That no one appRared in opposition to subject petition.
