RECOMMENDING TO THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM THAT
PETITION FOR RECLASSIFICATION N0. 64-65-9 gg pppAQYID
WHEREAS, the City Planrting Commission of the Ciry of Mehetm did initiate a verified Petition
for Reclassification on certain real property situated in the City of Anaheim, County

WHEREAS, the City Plenning Commission did hold a public hearing at the City Hell in the City of Aneheim on
Monday9 July 209 19649 at 2:00 o'clock P.M., notice of said public headng having been duly given as required
by law and in eccordence with the provisions of the Meheim Municipel Code, Chapter 18.72, to hear and consider evi-
dence for end ageinst said propoaed reclessificetion end to investigete and make findings and recomroendetions in
connectlon therewith: and
WHEREAS, seid Commisaion, efter due inspection, investigetion, and study made by itself end in its behelf, ~
end after due coasideretion of all evidence and reports offered at seid heedng, does find and determine the following
fects:
1. Th~t the planning Cnmmission proposes the reclassif ication of the ~above described
propert~y from the existing R-A, Zone to establish a reai estate orfice as a conforming
use to the C-1, ?~ne~
2~ That an amendment to the General Plan is deemed unnecessary9 because the size of
the ~arcel proposed for reciassification would not generally affect the City's policies
in this areae
3o That the present use of sub~ect property is a real estate officee
4e That G1.Zoning requesteti under Reclassification Noo 57-58-50 was denied by the
City Council and subsequently Variance Noa 949 was granted for the establishment of the
real estate office in an existing dwellinga
5o That Variance Noo S49 be terminatedo
5o That no one app~a:ed in opposition to svbject pat:~iore

R-A, Residential Agricultural, Zone, and to incorporate said described property uncondition-
ally into the C-1, Neighborhood Commercial, Zonee
