PC 1964-1965-1264{ . ~'~ `_.~ RESOLUTION NO. 1264, Series 1964-65 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM RECOMMENDING TO THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM THAT PETITION FOR RECLASSIFICATION N0. 64-65-10 BE APPAOVm WHEREAS, the Ciry Plenning Commission of the City of Meheim did initiate a verified Petition for Reclassification on certain real property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange~ State of California, as described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and referred to herein as though set forth in full Property owned by: Humble Oil and Refining Company, c~o R. G. Durst, P, 0, Box 2180, Houston, Texas. ; and WHEREAS, the CIty Planniag Commission did hold a public hearing at the City Hell in the City of pnaheim on Mortday~ July 20~ 1964~et 2:00 o'clock P.M., notice of asid public headng having been duly given ea required , by lew and in eccordence with the provisions of the Aneheim Mueicipal Code, Chapter 18.72, to hear and consider evi- dence for end egainat said proposed reclassification end to invesHgate and make flindings end recommendetions in connection therewith: end WHEREAS, said CommissIon, efter due inspection, investigeUon, and study mede by itself end in its behalf, end efter due consideretion of all evidence and reports offered at seid heedng, does find and determine the following facts: 1. That the planni.r:g Commission .proposes the reclassification of the above described property from the existing C-3, Zone to establish an existing service station as a conforming use, deed restricted to service station use only to the C-1, Zone. 2e That an amendment to the General Plan is deemed unnecessary, because the size of the parcel proposed for reclassification would not generally affect the City's policies in this area. 3. I'hat the present use of subject property is a service station. 4. That the existing use was established under Reclassification No. 57-56-21. 5.
