RECOMMENDING TO THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM THAT

WHEREAS, the City Plenning Commission of the City of Meheim did initiat.e a verif ied petition
for Reclassification on certain real property situated in the Ci+y of Anaheim, County
of Orange, State of California, as described in Exhibit "n" att~ched herQto and referred

WHEREAS, the City Plenning Commissfon did hold e public hearing et the City Hell in the City oE Aneheim on
Monday9 July 209 19649 at 2:00 o'clock P.M., notice of said public hearing heviag b^en duly given es cequired
by lew and in eccordence with the provisions of the Meheim Municipal Code, Chepter 18.72, to hear and coneider evi-
dence for and egeinst seid propoaed reclessificetion end to investigate end make findings and recommendations in
connection therewlth: end
WHEREAS, seid Commission, after due inspection, inveatigetion, and study mede by itaelf end in its behalf,
end efter due consideration of ell evidence and repocts oHered et seid hearing, does find end determine thefollowing

1.Thetthe p;anning Commission proposes the reclassification of the above described
property from the existing C-3y Zone to establish an existing service station as a conforming
use to the C•~1, 7ane~
2o That an amendment to the General Plan is deemed unnecessary, because the size of
the parcel proposed for reclassification would not generally affect the City's policies
in this area~
3o Ihat the present use of sub,ject property is a service station.
4o That the existing use was established under Reclassification No. 56-57-17.
5o That no one appeared in opposition to subject petitlone
