tar~~onditional Use Permit on certain real property situated in the City of Anaheim,
County of Orange, State of California, as described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and
referred to herein as though set forth in full

WHEREAS, seid Commiasion, after dne iaapection, inveetlgation, a:-d study made by iiself end in its behalf,
and efter due coaaideration of all evideace and repods offered at eaid headng, doee fin~! =ad detetmine the following fasta:
1. That the pmpoeed use Is properly one for which a Conditional Use Permit is authorized by this Code, to wit:
Establish an existing service station as a conform~ng use in the C-~1, I~eighborhood
Co~aercial, ~ne within 75 feet of a single family residence on subject propertye
2o That the gzanting of the Conditional Use Permit under the conditions imposed,
3f any9 wi11 not be detrimental to the peace, health9 safety, and aeneral welfare of
the Citizens of the City of Anaheimo
