~~~, the City Planning Comaission on October 21, 1957 conditionally approved
Yart~:nce No. 853 for the ~;:tabliehment of an insurance office on properi:y located at
2566 Nlest Lincoln Avenue, and
~~, the City Planning Cnamission on December 15, 1958 conditionally approved
Variance No. 1062 far the eatablishment of an accordian school cn property located at
2566 West Lincola Avenue, and
~~EAS, the City Planning Cnmmission did initiate reclassification proceedings of
property located at 2566 Mest Lincoln Avenue to the C-1, Neighborhood Commercial, Zone,
and
1~}~RRFAS, the City Planning Co~ission did hold a public hearing at t}k City Hall
in.the City of Maheim on July 20, 1964, at 2:00 0'clock P.M,, notice of said public hearing
having.been duly given as raquired by law and in accordance with the provisions of the
Maheim 14micipal Code, to hear and consider evidence for and against said proposed
reclassif ication, and
IN1~RF11S, the City Planning ComQnission by Resolution No. 1262, Series 1964-65.
did recom~end to the City Council that Reclassification No. 64-65-8 be approved, •
uncortditionally, for C-1, Neighborhood Commercial, Zone, and
1~}~REAS9 if said Reclassification Noe 64-65-8 were approved, Variance Nos. 853
and 1062 would become null and void.
NOMf~ Tf~REFORE' BE Ii RF~OLVm that the City Planning Commission of the City of
Maheim does hereby terminate Variance Noso 853 and 1062, based on the fact that the
recomonended approval of reclassification proceadings to the C-1, Neighbrohood Commercia:,
Zone would nullify said Variances.
